Looking in from main enterance. Parking for one car, door to kitchen and main enterance on the right.
Spiral Stairs to the roof.
The Round window looks into the master bath room.
Main door.
Front awning over the main enterance and kitchen is missing.
Spiral stairs to roof.
Pretty rusty and very hot in the sun, but useable and not in bad shape.
The stained glass window is in the master bedroom.
The roof has a nice view and used to have a gazeboo of sorts that is no longer there.
looking down from top of stairs at parking space
From the roof looking at backyard.
The "Fronton" or Tennis court is on the left the pool and covered area/patio are behind the tree.
This used to be the area for the roof top gazeboo
The big building behind the smoke stack is the new University "Tech del Monterrey"
Thought it was a positive that it was visible from the casa.
The Tech is just at the next enterance up from the highway, but there may be a back way through town.
Front enterance master bedroom to the right.

The high windows are nicely decorated with iron work. These high windows do not have glass, but wire screens. Some of the screens need to be repaired or replaced.
This screen has a tear visable in the upper left corner.
Front enterance.
Looking down the enterance hallway.

The casa is structuraly sound and there does not appear to be any damage to the walls, floors or roof.
Master bedroom.

The roof has high ceilings and one window that opens to the back alley. The room is large and has it's own bathroom.
The stain glass window is very nice and lets in daylight without the heat. The artwork appears to be a coat of arms of some sort. The window is in need of a little repair.
The closets are on the right with the left side open for hanging items and the right side as shelves.
Master bedroom door.
Most of the house has 15-20 foot ceilings.
There are many high windows throughout the casa, covered only with a screen, most of which are in disrepair. It must pull heat out in the summer.
Master bedroom bathroom.
The bathroom has interesting and matching tiles on the wall, sink, and light fixtures and tiles framing the sink and windows.

The plumbing in the house works throughout and there is no indication of plumbing issues. The showers are tall and there is adaquate pressure and hot water.
Master bathroom left side. Most of the windows are round and have unique iron work within.
They are also rather high off the floor, so as to draw out the heat and making harder to see in from the street level.
View of dining area right side.

The round window faces the street and does have glass inside to keep out the dust.
View into family seating area.
Notice the fireplace and mantle.
Split of hallway, seating area and dining area
main enterance hallway.
This completes a panaramic view from the enterance to the dining area.
Looking into the kitchen from the dining area.

Above to the right is a large circular opening into the kitchen ceiling.
Kitchen right side.
Cabinets, sink and main work space.
Kitchen left side.
Small seating area and door to the parking space.
Kitchen center.
Stove/oven is in the middle of the room.
Windows have no glass nor screens anymore.
The windows look out onto the parking space.
The stove is gas and in the center island of the kitchen.
Looking back at the spot the panoramic view of the dining area was taken.
The ceilings are at the highest point here.
Notice more iron work in the high windows.
Again you can see the opening to the kitchen in the upper left.
View of seating area left.
There is the door to the back patio.
view of seating area right.
Fireplace and large window facing the back patio.
From the left side of the seating area or at the end of the enterance hall is a small hallway.
There are bedrooms to the left and right, and a bathroom in the center.
There is a SkyLight in the small hallway.
Left bedroom.
Hight ceilings, the vented window above and adaquate closet space.
Bathroom in the middle.

The window is just a screen and looks out onto an alley. All of the fixtures work well.
The color is all matching blue tiles.
Closet of right bedroom. The room is the smallest in the house, so it was hard to get good photos.
Right bedroom.
It has 2 windows and room for the 2 twin beds and the long closet behind the door.
Heading out the back patio door.
To the left is the utility area for the house.
The hotwater heater, and laundry area is here.
Facing front out the back patio door is a bungaloo
Needs some clean up. Shows lack of use for a long period, but could be put back into use easily.
To the right of the patio door is a well for a fountain. It's not deep, but level with the ground.
This is the view from the seating area windows.
The tennis court is on the left, pool center, and covered area on the right.
Another view of the bungaloo, fountain, and "fronton" court.
On the bungaloo patio looking back at the house. There is a sink and seating area.

The door into the bungaloo was locked and has only been used for storage for quite a few years.
Left side of the tennis court, there is a basketball hoop.
Right side tennis court.
The area feels much larger than a regular court.
The lines are fora game called "Fronton".
Pool and covered area.
Both appear in good shape.
There is a fireplace/bar-b-que at the end.
Pool and tennis court.
Fireplace/Bar-b-que patio for the pool.
The large tree between the house and the pool provides a lot of afternoon shade on the pool area.
Pool house is behind the fireplace. Has pump and filters and such.
I don't know if there is no pool heater, or if the existing one is just off/broken.
View from the of the back wall of the tennis court.

To be able to play tennis the court would need to be resurfaced. It has a few cracks and some water bulges that would make sports difficult.
From the pool house there is a gate to the back part of the property.

This area looks unused and neglected.
There is more room for parking though and there is another door to the street here.
The opening in front is access to the extra back property that is unused.
The back garage door, behind the pool house.
There is another bungaloo or garage type storage area. Appears to be in disrepair.
I was told there is an old artist studio behind the garage that has not been used in years. The windows that are visable are at least 3 stories high.
There is a back lot that is unused.
It could be added to the property, or a new property could be built on the location.

Shot of the pool from the fence.
The floating things are there to keep debris out.
The angle of the photo does not show the depth well, but the estimate is 3 feet to 8 feet in depth.
